GOALS FOR 2010:
2009 was financially tough on my family. I elected to just race the Off Road Can Am GNCC Racing Series.
I still practiced my motocross discipline, which I believed allowed me to excel at different tracks. I am
currently 15th in the Nation with three Races left in the 2009 Series, also while missing 4 races due to Injury.
I was able to earn my national number in 08 and looking to have done that in 09 as well. 2010 looks
promising with new sponsorships. I plan to race the 12-17 School boy class for the 2010 Can Am GNCC
Racing series. I also will race the Supermini and School Boy 12-17 classes at any other Motocross races that
we attend. I am growing quickly and fit more comfortably on a 125 so I plan to move up a few years early.
Mymain goal for 2010 is to qualify in every race I enter. I will try to qualify for four national races - Loretta
Lynn’s National Championship in Tennessee, Ponca City Grand National Championships in Oklahoma,
World Mini Grand Prix Motorcross Championships in Las Vegas and Mini O’s, Florida. I will also be
competing in limited, 2009-2010 Toyota ArenaCross North Region. As well as competing in my local Track
events across Ohio and running the Spring Series and Buckeye Series in District 11, I have been practicing as
much as I can to better myself between my school studies. Scott Plessinger, four-time GNCC Champion, has
been my coach and mentor for the GNCC series and training for motocross. I look forward to this new
experience and opportunities. My final goal is to win more first place finishes and place within the top 10 at a
national event.

PLANS FOR THE FUTURE:
My plan is to go to college after I finish high school. I have dreams of either becoming a professional
Motocross/ GNCC racer or a professional football player. If I cannot do either I would love to have a job in
the motorcycle industry to share my passion with new up-and-coming riders. Finally, I would like to have a
big family so I can ride motorcycles with them like my dad does with me.
HOW I WILL ADD VALUE TO YOUR COMPANY:
I am young, dedicated, personable and marketable. I will promote your company at every race and to all my
friends. Your company name can be prominently displayed on my traveling trailer to show the great support
your company offers me. I like wearing clothing with sponsor names on it also. I also have a website
(www.hmsracing.net) to display your company’s logo. I feel I would be a good person to represent the youth
of today. I also am associated with Sponosrhouse and Mxresultz.com to place my sponsor logo's on those
sites.

A SPECIALMESSAGE FROM PARENTS:
Codey is a very nice and polite young man. He has a lot of spunk, enthusiasm and desire when he sets his
mind to accomplishing a goal. Codey is a straight “A” student. We believe Codey will continue to progress
successfully in his development in becoming a top Motocross / GNCC Racer. He loves the sport and his eyes
light up every time he just sees a dirt bike. He loves to wear dirt bike jerseys and have stickers of all different
decals. He is very helpful around the house and very respectful to his sisters. We are very proud of the
accomplishments Codey has made so far and believe he will go far in life. Codey typically practices 1- 2
nights a week, depending on our work schedule, and tries to attend as many races on the weekends as funds
permit. We believe that you will find the same qualities in Codey that we have experienced. Thank you in
advance for any support you or your company can give us in Codey trying to reach his dreams
